One area of the body that I get asked about most-often here on T&T is the stomach. People are consistently asking how to make their stomach smaller, stronger, and better-defined.
It’s for you, my ab-conscious compadres, that I’m bringing you this all-new “Weekly Workout Plan“!
This “14-Day Core Workout Challenge” consists of 14 great workouts for you to do over the next 2 weeks designed sp ecifically to melt inches from your sides, strengthen your core muscles, and ultimately just shred your abs.

HOW CAN I GET A SIX PACK FAST?
Whether you want a flat stomach or a six pack, this 14-day core challenge is a great place to get started.
Include exercises that target your abdominal muscles and whole core as part of your regular exercise routine in order to work on your six-pack. You’ll also want to increase cardio exercises to burn extra calories, and work on eating right.
WHAT IS THE BEST DIET TO HELP ME GET A SIX PACK?
If you are working out to get a six-pack, don’t forget about healthy eating– you can’t have toned abs without proper nutrition.
To get your six-pack, focus on appropriate portions sizes of foods. Drink plenty of water to make sure you stay hydrated, cut back on processed foods, and get plenty of fiber (fruits, vegetables, and whole grains) and lean protein in your diet. This will help keep you feeling full and decrease cravings.
A word about spot-treating: while this is a fantastic workout series to strengthen and tone your abs, you need to know that this does not replace a healthy diet, regular physical activity, cardio, and strength training throughout your body. As you do these workouts over the next two weeks I would encourage you to use them as a supplement to your regular exercise routine… not a replacement.
CAN FEMALES GET A SIX PACK?
With a good mix of precise nutrition habits and dedicated fitness routines it is possible for females to tone their abdominals enough to get six pack abs.
It is also important to keep expectations realistic. Your body type and genetics play a role in how you build muscle and if abs will be visible.
However, you might surprise yourself- with a committed fitness routine and proper nutrition you’ll recognize the vast amount of benefits of having a healthy body, besides six pack abs.
IS IT EASIER TO GET ABS IF YOU’RE SKINNY?
Just because someone is skinny with a flat stomach doesn’t mean they have muscles or a six pack.
In order to get a six-pack you need to train and target your abdominal muscles regularly in exercises. Someone who is skinny has to work just as hard in order to build muscle, including six pack abs.
A bigger individual can still have abs, but the excessive body fat may prevent the six-pack from being visible.
Eat right, train right, and enjoy your strong core. Now on to the workouts.
