Good morning. How long are each of your workouts in this plan? I have a five month old and some days I am working 12-hr shifts. I don’t have a lot of time on those days. Thank you!

Depends on how long ago you delivered. The magic number for resuming a regular workout regime after delivery seems to be 6 weeks, but everyone is going to respond a little differently. I encourage you to ask your doctor to make sure you’re cleared for physical activity.
