Ever just been needing a really good ab day? Like the kind that leaves you sore at night and then the next day you think about it every time you cough, sneeze, or laugh? Well today is the day, my friends! And lucky you – you’ve come to the right place for ab day! Today I wanted to share with you my “Ultimate Ab Burner Workout”. 5 of the best ab-shredding exercises combined with 5 of the best at-home cardio exercises to trim you down and tone you up! Let’s do this!
The Ultimate Ab Burner Workout
The format of this bad boy will be 30 seconds on, 10 seconds off for each exercise. Grab a timer and let’s get to work!
Beginners: complete entire circuit one time through
Intermediate: complete entire circuit two times through
Advanced: complete entire circuit three times through
The thing I love about this workout is you’re not done at reps; you’re going to push yourself to keep going the entire 30 seconds on each exercise. If you are maybe more advanced, push yourself harder and try to get more reps in during that 30 second time frame. If you are a beginner and need to take a rest, try to keep that rest only 3-5 seconds long and then jump right back in to finish!

High Knees – 30 seconds
Bicycle Crunches – 30 seconds
Jumping Jacks – 30 seconds
Side Plank (left side) – 30 seconds
Mountain Climbers – 30 seconds

Speed Skater – 30 seconds
Spiderman Plank – 30 seconds
Alternating Jump Lunges – 30 seconds
