DO YOU HAVE TO INCLUDE AB WORKOUTS TO GET A SIX-PACK?
If you want a flat stomach or six-pack abs, it’s a good idea to regularly plan ab workouts into your fitness routine. Exercises specifically designed to target your core will build your abdominal muscles, but you don’t always need to focus your whole workout on your abs.
Including moves like squats, deadlift, and overhead press are examples of other exercises not typically included in ab workouts, but they engage the core for an ab workout as well. If you are regularly including a variation of exercises, you will be constantly using your core muscles and working out your abs.
If you plan a 10-15 minute ab workout about 2-3 times per week after a regular workout, you can totally get a six-pack. Make sure you have a balance of other types of exercises with cardio, strength training, and abs. Don’t forget to focus on eating right and you’ll be well on your way to the abs of your dreams.
HOW CAN YOU LOSE STOMACH FAT?
Your stomach and thighs can be a common place for excess body fat storage, but you don’t have to let it stay forever. To lose excess fat on your stomach, make sure you are exercising regularly to burn calories and keep yourself fit. Include ab workouts plus cardio and strength training to burn fat and tone and tighten your abs for a flat and defined stomach.
Eating right and exercising are key for losing weight. If you want a flat stomach, you will want to focus on these key elements to get rid of unwanted stomach fat and firm up your abs.

ARE SIT UPS A GOOD WAY TO GET A SIX PACK?
Sit ups can be a great way to tone, tighten, and strengthen your abdominal muscles. Sit ups are an effective way to work the ab muscles and make them more defined, but they shouldn’t be the only exercise you do to target your abs and get a six pack.
Many ab workouts include exercises that help you focus on your whole core to strengthening important muscles. Include other exercises such as variations of sit-ups, planks, mountain climbers, etc. You’ll find so many great ideas in this ab workout below with 20 moves that all target your abs.
Sit ups are not necessarily a high-calorie burning exercise. Remember, sit ups will help you tighten up your abdominal muscles to get a six pack, but these muscles won’t be visible if you have excess stomach fat.
If you are trying to get rid of excess stomach fat, remember you need to regularly include some vigorous cardio activity in order to burn more calories and fat. And don’t forget- eating right will help you to keep the pounds off so your six-pack is more visible.
