Have you ever tried a “pyramid workout” before? You start at a lower number of reps, work up to a higher number, and finally work your way back down again. This is a great way to work your muscles up to fatigue and then, just when you think you’re tapped out, push them even a little bit further. This week for Tone and Tighten’s “Weekly Workout Plan” I wanted to share with you 5 of my favorite pyramid workouts – one for each of 5 different body areas – to help you push further and take your results to the next level. I think you’re going to like this one… 

 For the most part these are zero-equipment workouts. The exception comes with my arm pyramid which will require some sort of resistance. I recommend you find some dumbbells; if you don’t have any you can check out some of my favorites AT THIS LINK. If you’d rather not purchase some for home use, grab some cans of food or even mild cartons filled with water to make them heavier/lighter depending on your needs. This is a fun one!
