Hey everyone! Welcome to another Monday here on Tone and Tighten! You know – some of the questions that I most-commonly get asked here on the site are regarding what I like to call “Problem Areas”. “Jared, how can I tone my stomach?” “What are the best exercises to sculpt my arms?” “How do I get tight legs and a firm butt?” It was these emails that inspired one of my favorite series here on T&T – the “Problem Areas” series of workouts! Today I’m presenting them to you as your “Weekly Workout Plan“! Your job is to identify which 5 workouts you want to do this week – and do them! It’s that simple!
