Welcome to another “Weekly Workout Plan” here on Tone and Tighten! This week we’re dedicating to the glutes and the abs – the posterior and the anterior – the “Butt and Gut”!! You get a bonus workout this week – 6 days (3 butt and 3 abs) of workouts to help you sculpt your backside and tone your front! Pick one a day for 6 days (only one rest day this week, but you totally got it!) and have a fantastic week!
