Hey everyone! Welcome to another week here on Tone-and-Tighten.com. As you may or may not know, Mondays are traditionally when I post my “Weekly Workout Plans” here on the site. These consist of 5 (sometimes more) workouts you can knock out during the week to try something new, push yourself further, and enhance your results. This week is no different – I’m coming at you with 5 different workouts; each day for a different body area. You’ll be able to do each of these workouts at home with very little equipment required – at most a pair of dumbbells for some added resistance.

I would like to know what exercises are advisable for a 70 y/o female with osteoporosis.

Hi Tonilea,
Any weight-bearing, resisted exercises should be good for you. Your bones grow stronger as stress is placed on them. The worst thing you can do is sit around and do nothing. Anything on my site that’s “Beginner” or “Low Impact” should be right up your ally!
