Hey everyone! And welcome to another week here on Tone-and-Tighten.com! One of the complaints that I hear the most often from our readers here on the site is “how can I ever get in shape without a gym membership or a bunch of equipment?” Some of my favorite workouts actually require very little equipment at all!
