So what if there are only seven days in a week?!

Alright I know – I know… usually on Mondays I post a “Weekly Workout Plan” here on T&T that consists of 5 awesome workouts for you to do that week. It’s simple – you check Tone-and-Tighten.com on Monday, figure out which 5 days that week work with your schedule, and BAM – you have your whole workout schedule taken care of!  This week I started building a “Weekly Workout Plan” based on 5 awesome total-body workouts for you to do, but then I found more, and a few more, and a couple after that. The list is now 20 of my favorite total-body workouts! Your objective is to still pick 5 (maybe even a few more!) and shred through them this week.
