Hey everyone! I get questions all the time asking for more strength training routines; I just found this guy the other day on YouTube. The video may not be the highest quality but the workout is a killer! All you need here is 25 minutes and two dumbbells to get a complete, total-body strength routine! My wife and I did this video the other day – I was pleasantly surprised with how sore I am even today! Give it a try and let me know what you think. Enjoy!
