If you’re anything like me, you’re always big on desire to workout and always short on time to do so! This was the inspiration behind the “Burn 100” series here on T&T – melt through 100 calories in as few as 10 minutes. Get up, get your sweat on, and get on with your day! Today we’re shredding some total-body cardio moves to get as complete a workout as possible. Total-body style – here we go!
