Hey everyone! And welcome to yet another week here on Tone-and-Tighten.com! Another Monday = another “Weekly Workout Plan“… 5 days of incredible workouts for you to do this week. This is an outstanding way to break out of your “normal” routine, try some new and exciting workouts, and start making gains that you never though possible!
This week I’ve dedicated to the dumbbells! Free weights are my favorite form of strength training (check out these posts: Free Weights vs Machines and Why You Need To Be Strength Training) and this week I’m sharing 5 of my favorite dumbbell workout routines with you! We’ll hit as many body parts as we can over 5 days to strengthen and sculpt, tone and tighten! Let’s do this!

My personal favorites – I have a set like these in my home gym and love them! You can adjust this set from 5-52 pounds per dumbbell (my set offers up to 100# per dumbbell). Tons of weight, affordable, durable, easily adjustable, and don’t take up a lot of room.
