First of all mad love and many, many thanks to all of you who have supported me as this blog dream has become a reality this year. I’ve seen more growth and success than I ever though imaginable and for that I have no one to thank but YOU, my readers. My hope is that I’ve simply been able to be a small part in helping you to reach and realize your fitness goals.
I’ve got some AMAZING ideas for 2014 – I’m going to be rolling out some new video workouts, new series, more recipes, and (of course) more great workout ideas. I hope you’ll keep following along as we hit the ground running (literally) for this new year.
