Anybody else have kids starting school this week?! Back-to-school is always such a busy, exciting time full of new challenges and new opportunities. Between getting lunches ready, getting out the door, figuring out classes and carpools, etc, it can feel like there’s just zero time otherwise! It would be nice to catch a breath, let alone workout! Well this week I’ve totally got you covered! Don’t let the start of school madness keep you from getting in a quick, powerful workout at home without having to rearrange your schedule (too much!). For our “Weekly Workout Plan” for this week I’m sharing 15 of my favorite 15-minute workouts. You’ll find quite the variety – your objective is to pick the 5 that you feel you will receive the most benefit from and shred through them this week!
