I found a indoor cardio workout it goes from 50 jumping jacks 50 crunches 45 jumping jacks 45 squats all the way down to 5 jumping jacks 5 burpees. my question is how many times a week should this be done? Like everyday or every other day? Thank you

Hi Kara! It’s important to give your muscles a chance to rest and recover, especially when you’re just starting out. I would recommend every other day initially and then ramping up to ~5x/week as you’re able. Thanks!
