Hey everyone! Welcome to another week here on Tone-and-Tighten.com! Another Monday means another weekly workout plan – I’ve always found that my compliance improves if I can get things planned out before. The “Weekly Workout Plan” is my way of adding variety and excitement to my upcoming week and I hope you’ve been finding them beneficial, also!
