Hey everyone! Welcome to another week here on Tone-and-Tighten.com! Another Monday means another weekly workout plan – I’ve always found that my compliance improves if I can get things planned out before. The “Weekly Workout Plan” is my way of adding variety and excitement to my upcoming week and I hope you’ve been finding them beneficial, also!
 
This week we’re hitting a complete, total-body routine. We’ll focus on one body area per day for 5 days to sculpt and strengthen, tone and tighten! Hope you enjoy, and have a wonderful week, everyone!
 

Day One
Legs – Inner Thigh Workout
 
 
 
Day Two
Arms – Arm Pyramid Workout
 
 
 
Day Three
Abs – 10-Minute 6-Pack Abs
 
 
 
Day Four
Total Body – Cardio
Total Body Fat Burning Cardio Workout Tone and Tighten
 
 
 
Day Five
Back – Dumbbell Back Workout
