Many of the workouts on my website are body-part specific (i.e. leg workout, arm workout, etc). However, by just spending 10 minutes on one part of your body isn’t going to get the results you want – you need to add some cardio or fat-burning exercises to increase your heart rate and burn some calories.
This is a fast-paced intense cardio workout that will push you to your limit, but work off some serious calories. And- it’s only 15 minutes long. After finishing this workout, your body is ready for some seriously sculpting with one of my arm, leg, or ab workouts.
Equipment needed:
–1 pair of light dumbbells (3-5 lbs)
