I have always loved running. There’s something about being alone with the pavement and your thoughts as you propel yourself one foot in front of the other. For me one of the many draws to running is the continuous aspect of self-improvement. From shaving time off of your run to getting that extra mile or two, running is all about being better than the person that you were last week. If you feel the same way about constantly trying to improve, then this is the week for you! Below I’m sharing five of my favorite running workouts – everything from core exercises all runners should be doing to my favorite running intervals proven to shed minutes off your PR.
