It’s been proven that music can help you work out faster, harder, keep you motivated, and help you forget about your fatigue. When my wife asked for some music recommendations, I put together this list. It’s a mix of some old classics plus a couple new songs that I have started to love. 
These songs are just a small sample of what’s playing on my iPod- what are some of your favorite songs to workout to? I would love to hear! Please feel free to leave a comment below!

      The thing I’ve always loved about music is that there’s a genre out there for everyone. While this list may not have been exactly what you’re looking for I enjoy working out to these songs. I’m always looking for new suggestions – what do you work out to?

      Full disclosure – my wife helped me with this list and “You’re Beautiful” snuck under my radar. I love her more than life itself, but that song is being replaced tonight. (Good catch)
