    I have lots of grinding when I use my knees. Do you have any suggested strength training or stretches to help?

      Hi Stacey,
      Grinding, huh? That’s a tough one, especially to tell exactly where it’s coming from over the computer. Also, is it painful? Could be indicative of arthritis or other degenerative changes in your cartilage. It also might be due to a malalignment of your kneecap moving over your femur.
