I am a huge fan of HIIT style workouts – mostly because I’m just like you… oftentimes my passion and desire to workout is impossibly bigger than the amount of time I have to do it in!! My philosophy: get in – work as hard as possible – get out – and get on with the day! For today’s “Weekly Workout Plan” I’m sharing 7 of my favorite HIIT workouts that I have here on T&T. Your objective is to get through all of them this week! Whether it’s one a day or 2+ on 3 days it’s up to you, but I promise these will push you hard and help you see results you’re after!
