A pre-emptive attack on Thanksgiving this week!!
Hey everyone! Welcome to another week here on Tone and Tighten! In thinking about this upcoming week I’ve got two things I know for certain – 1) it’s going to be very busy and 2) there’s going to be lots of food available on Thursday! So this week, I’m launching an all-out attack on the Thanksgiving feast with 5 amazing days of at-home cardio workouts. On this “Weekly Workout Plan” we’ll throw down 5 workouts – calorie burners that don’t require any equipment (just in case you’ll be traveling!). So follow along, and hope you have a wonderful week!
