The weather is definitely heating up out there, and I couldn’t be more excited! This summer, dare to lose the sleeves and proudly show off those arms with this “10 Minute Tank Top Arms” workout! If your summer wardrobe is more abundant than time then this is the perfect workout for you! Good luck, and bring on the summer!
1. Push-ups
Can do modified (on your knees) if necessary

2. Biceps curls to shoulder press
One of my favorite arm exercises involving two of the main muscle groups to sculpt your arms.

3. Up down planks
Most of my favorite exercises are two-for-one exercises. Up-down planks are no different. Shred your core while working on your shoulders and triceps!

Combining two of my favorite shoulder shredders – raise your dumbbells (or whatever resistance you find) into an anterior deltoid raise and then take them out to your sides into a lateral deltoid raise. Return slowly to starting position for one rep.

Rowing is a great exercises for the back and biceps, add the kickback to hit the back of the shoulder and triceps. This is a great exercise to shred in a hurry! (Keep in mind that you’re going to be able to row a lot more weight than you are going to be able to kickback. Select an appropriate weight for the kickback part of the exercise)

Feeling pretty good? Awesome!
Not as good as you’ll feel after completing one more set of each exercise!! 2 sets of each of these 5 exercises for a killer, 10-minute arm toner!
If you’ve got the time feel free to throw another set in; 3 sets of one minute each to make a great 15-minute workout!
