I am strapped for time this week.
Ever have one of those weeks? Like the kind where you sit down on Sunday night, look at the calendar, and think to yourself “if I can just make it to Saturday”? Well, dear friends, tonight is one of those nights and this is shaping up to be one of those weeks!! With so much going on how can there possible be time to workout?! Well – it’s to you, my time-strapped-yet-dedicated-to-the-pump friend, that I’m dedicating this week’s “Weekly Workout Plan”! I’m calling it a week of “Workout Blitz” because it’s coming at you hard and fast – a whole week of killer workouts that will take you LESS THAN 10 MINUTES to complete! Don’t let “I don’t have the time” keep you from some awesome workouts this week! Get all of them right here and together we’ve totally got this! Ready or not!! All in!!
