So like most days, I found myself a little behind on time today (you’ve never been there before, right?). I didn’t think there was any way I could possibly get in a decent workout when I thought up this little beauty! An excellent “countdown” workout that took me about 10 minutes to get through! Stop making excuses and start making changes… you totally got this one!
