It seems like a lot of us are in the same boat – LOVE to workout and only WISH we had more time to do it! Between jobs, home, spouses, kids, etc it seems like there are never enough hours in a day. Well this week’s “Weekly Workout Plan” is dedicated to you! Here are 5 days of workouts that all require less than 30 minutes to do. A half hour is plenty of time to get your sweat on and then get on with the rest of your day! Try them out – you’ll be grateful you did!
