Another Monday . . . here we go! And that means another weekly workout plan! With Christmas coming up this week, chances are your kids are home from school and you are not going to have much time to leave your house to get a workout in, so I wanted to give you a week’s worth of workouts that you can do at home. You can still get an incredible workout even in your living room.
Without further adieu, here are your calorie-burning, body-toning workouts!
Day 2: The 800-Calorie Burn Workout
Day 3: 20 Minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds/Reps as Possible) Workout
Day 4: 25 Minute Tabata Workout
Day 5: Beginning Cardio At-Home Workout
