One of the biggest issues I encounter on a daily basis is the problem of not having enough time. Between work, being a dad, being a husband, community events, church associations, etc there just never seems to be time for anything… let alone working out. Sound familiar? Well this week’s Weekly Workout Plan is dedicated to you!! I developed the “Burn 100 Series” to resolve this exact problem. All you need is 10 minutes, a little bit of space, and the desire to shred through 100 calories! Here are 5 of my favorites for your workout plan this week…
Day 1
Burn 100 Series – Legs



Day 2
Burn 100 Series – CrossFit
Day 3
Burn 100 Series – Arms


Day 4
Burn 100 Series – Butt


Day 5
Burn 100 Series – Abs
