I know 20 minutes doesn’t sound like a lot, but the high intensity behind this workout and the constant changing from exercise to exercise is going to pack a lot into not a lot of time! I’m also going to start you off working larger muscle groups early to fatigue them followed by more aggressive strengthening to the smaller stabilization muscle groups. The result is that you get an amazing total-body shred in only 20 minutes! Perfect for those days when you gotta get your sweat on but not a lot of time to do it! Check it out below…
Repeat the circuits below as indicated. Now – you’re going to need to go pretty hard at this. As a general rule each circuit should take you about 5 minutes to complete. You totally got this!!
