It has recently come to my attention that half of the readers of this blog are men . . . so, I will be including more workouts that cater to men and women to help everyone reach their fitness goals.
This is a perfect workout for when you don’t have a lot of time, but want an intense workout. Using your body as resistance is an incredible tool for maximum calorie burn! No weights needed . . . just your body weight!
