20 Minute Toned Arm Workout on Tone-and-Tighten

Ever wanted to work with a personal trainer to have them show you the proper way to do the moves and hold you accountable? This video workout gives you just that! Her instructions are easy to follow and understand and the workout will leave your arms feeling toned and tightened!

Equipment needed:
Light dumbbells (2-5 pounds)
Heavy dumbbells (10-15 pounds)

Level:
Beginner to advanced (depending on the amount of weight used)
