Hey everyone! Welcome to another week here on Tone and Tighten! Hope you enjoyed a great weekend and are ready to hit it hard again this week.
On this week’s Weekly Workout Plan, we’ll shred through a series of my favorite total-body workouts. These are great options when you need to move through a lot of exercises and work a lot of muscles when you’re short on time. I also wanted to throw in some core workouts as well. It’s an area that I personally have been neglecting lately – what better way to jump back on track?! This is the week to do it!! Who’s with me?!
