What are you doing this week to make it epic?
The way I figure it there’s two ways to look at Monday – 1) cower in fear and frustration about the week at hand or 2) wake up, lace up, shred through a workout and tackle your day head on! Often times I admit I feel like #1, but am infinitely more glad when I talk myself into #2! Today and this week should be no different for you! Nothing gets me pumped up like a killer resisted workout. To capitalize on this pump this week’s “Weekly Workout Plan” is dedicated to some great strength training workouts that you can do with just two dumbbells. One of the best ways to see gains is to keep your body guessing and one of the best ways to keep your body guessing is to throw regular routines right out the window!
