Hey everyone! Welcome to the start of another week! With another week comes another Weekly Workout Plan from Tone-and-Tighten.com. This week we’re dedicating our workouts to High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). This method of working out is all the rage these days for one reason – it’s INCREDIBLY effective! HIIT training simply works you harder. High-intensity intervals get your heart going and keep you moving throughout the workout for a serious calorie melt!
