Welcome to another week everyone! For those of you who may be asking yourselves what you’re going to be doing this week to get your fitness on I’ve got just the solution! Check out our newest “Weekly Workout Plan”!! In this series I provide you with 5 days of workouts to be done this week. As a (relatively) new series on T&T the response has been overwhelming! There is so much to be said for mixing up your workouts every week and pushing outside of your comfort zone. Try these out and really maximize your results!
This week we’re hitting the gym – 5 killer days of gym workouts to help you sculpt and carve, shred and chisel, and (of course) Tone and Tighten!
