Hey everyone! Welcome to another week and welcome to another “Weekly Workout Plan” here on T&T! This week we’re dedicating to total body fitness. I’m coming at you with 5 of my favorite total-body workouts to help you lose inches and tone muscle. Most of these shouldn’t take more than 30-45 minutes; find the time to do them on 5 days this week! I know you can do it! Have an amazing week, everyone!!
