- 4 large sweet potatoes
- Scrub sweet potatoes clean under running water and do not dry off potatoes (the extra moisture is needed in the slow cooker).
- Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray and place sweet potatoes inside. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- The potatoes are done when a fork can easily be stuck into skin of potato.
- Serve with a dash of cinnamon, if desired.
