Ingredients
- 1 butternut squash- peeled, seeded, and cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix together squash, olive oil, garlic, and salt and pepper. Spread squash in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Cook in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until squash is tender and lightly browned.
