There’s nothing like toned arms. Shoulder, biceps, and triceps definition and strength are some of my most-sought-after workouts here on this site. You actually don’t need a ton of equipment or even a lot of time to get the arms that you’ve always dreamed about. I’ve created a 30-day arm workout plan for you that you can do at home with just a simple pair of dumbbells that will result in stronger, leaner, more-defined arms. Simply follow that plan outlined below, and see how far we can take your results over the next month!
What you need to know: this plan consists of 12 of my all-time favorite arm workouts. You’ll perform 3 of them a week over the next 4 weeks. I recommend a schedule that allows you one day of rest in between each workout so as to avoid overuse and injury.
For this workout plan all you’ll need is a set of dumbbells.
If you’re looking for an adequate set, I recommend this set by CAP barbell. You get a 3-pound, 5-pound, and 8-pound pair of dumbbells with a stand for less than $50. It’s the perfect way to start your home gym!
If you’re looking for a total free weight package, this is the set I have in my house. Each of these dumbbells is adjustable by 5-pound increments from 2 to 50 pounds (also available up to 100 pounds per side). You’re sure to have the best resistance for every exercise you throw at it!
