It’s incredibly simple, really. Follow the plan outlined below by performing the given reps of each exercise.
At the end of 30 days you should be able to do 30 push ups, 50 squats, 40 triceps dips, and 40 lunges!

*The further your feet are in front of you the more difficult dips become.
For an added challenge put them up on another chair in front of you
