I have been given the go-ahead to exercise again after a knee injury and want to get back into a workout routine. How could I modify the exercises to make sure I do not re-injure my knee? I will continue doing my PT to keep building muscle to support the knee, but not sure that squat jumps are okay to attempt right now.
    Thanks!

Hi Lynne! I would definitely start with something a little more low-key. Here are a couple of workouts I would recommend that are knee-joint friendly:

Hope those help and good luck!
