I love resistance training. Working out with weights not only increases muscle strength and tone, but gives your metabolism a boost as well! You actually burn more calories at rest than you would if you haven’t been strength training. Today I wanted to share with you an awesome total-body superset workout that my wife found. I love this one because you’re constantly working – the “superset” idea is working one muscle group during the rest phase of another. It’s a great way to do a ton of work in not a lot of time! A head-to-toe shred in about 20 minutes… and it’s coming at you right now…
Level: Beginner to Intermediate
Equipment needed: light dumbbells and heavy dumbbells (or if you only have one set, that will work too!)
