Tabata’s are one of my very favorite types of workouts. If you’ve never heard of them before, a Tabata workout is comprised of a series of exercises where you work as hard as you can for 20 seconds and then rest for 10; repeated numerous times (usually about 4-6). This is a great way to get in a killer, exhausting workout to many different body areas in not a lot of time. This 25-minute Tabata workout will leave you a sweaty mess, works your entire body, and is a great at-home burner. Hope you enjoy!
Level: Beginner to Advanced – options for all levels (another thing to love about Tabata – you go at your own pace. Just as many reps as you can complete in the given amount of time.)
