Are you ready to get your workout on?
This week the workouts are centered around cardio- a great way to keep your heart strong and burn a lot of calories. 
If you want to step up your workouts, I included a bonus ab workout that you can add on to the end of any workout.

Tuesday:
Cardio Kickboxing Workout
Wednesday:
Body Weight Cardio Workout
Thursday:
Cardio Abs Workout
Friday:
Total Body Calisthenics Workout
Bonus Ab Workout:
Sexy Ab Workout
At the end of each workout, add this killer ab routine to strengthen and define your abs. It only takes a couple extra minutes and the results are worth it.
