Hey everyone! Welcome to the newest Weekly Workout Plan! This week we’re dedicating to all you at-home workouters (“workouters” is a new word I just made up. We’ll see if it catches on!) who may not have a lot of equipment… or any for that matter! My goal here is to convince you that you really don’t need a ton of fancy equipment or gym membership to get in shape and stay that way! Try these exercises this week and I promise you’ll get in some great workouts all from the comfort (or discomfort if you’re going hard!) of your own home. Have a wonderful week, everyone!
