A lot of my patients swear by yoga and I know that it’s a great way for people to improve their flexibility, stamina, strength and tone muscles.
My wife introduced me to this video and since it’s done by the infamous Jillian Michaels, I had to check it out.
It’s not your traditional yoga- it starts out with some gentle yoga moves, but then kicks up the intensity with a series of yoga poses. It’s designed to sculpt muscle, burn fat, and tone your entire body quickly (typical Jillian style- which I love) with a different spin on your typical yoga class.
This is also a great workout for those looking for low-impact moves!
So give it a try- it will also let you know how flexible (or not flexible!) you really are.
