The next installment in our December workout series – 12 Days of Fitness – is a killer, total body, CrossFit-style work out. For those of you who may not be too familiar with CrossFit workouts, here’s the Wikipedia definition: “CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program with the aim of improving, among other things, muscular strength, cardio-respiratory endurance, and flexibility. It advocates a perpetually changing mix of aerobic exercise, gymnastics (body weight exercises), and Olympic weight lifting.” Basically- it’s a high intensity, strength and conditioning style that’s sure to leave you breathless (and possibly unable to stand if you’ve ever done a WOD!). With my workout today, – sets don’t necessarily matter; the challenge is to get through all the reps… 500 of them… 🙂

“On the second “Day of Fitness” Tone & Tighten gave to me… a sore but happy body!”
