What better way to kick off December than introducing our newest workout series… “12 Days of Fitness”!! From now until December 23 we’ll be introducing a new workout every 2 days to help you fight the holiday pounds, trim down, tone up and achieve your fitness goals. We’ve got your entire month planned out – check back regularly for killer workouts – everything from chest and abs to strength and cardio. We’re kicking off the month with one of my favorites… shoulders! Get that sexy hourglass or cut “V” look with a toned and tight upper body. Hope you enjoy, and let the holidays commence!
