Hello! And welcome to another week here on Tone-and-Tighten.com. Every week on Monday I try to kick the week off by posting a “Weekly Workout Plan” – a series of workouts you can tackle during the week to help progress towards a common goal. This week I’m posting some of my favorite workouts for those of you who may just be starting out or otherwise need a little guidance in your workouts. Below you will find 5 of my favorite beginner workouts to not only get you started on the right track, but keep you going strong with confidence. Here we go!
